I'm on a clear diet today. Tomorrow I'm having a colonoscopy first thing in the morning and have to prepare tonight. Maybe I'll loose a bit.
164.4 lb Lost so far: 20.6 lb.    Still to go: 9.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Ugh...colonoscopy prep. An unpleasant way to lose some weight for sure.
