Well, I still can't complain about a two pound loss, even though I am somewhat disappointed by it. I have been doing really well sticking to the plan, limiting art. sweeteners, diet sodas, and stuff, but I can't seem to get the results that others get from the Atkins diet. So many ppl lose 4-6 pounds a week and I am losing 1-2. This week I'll try to limit my sweeteners and caffiene. Maybe the caffiene is holding me back...
194.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 69.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

A loss of 2 lbs a week is pretty amazing.

Actually - losing slowly is better for you because it is likely to be more permanent. I have kept off 50 pounds that I lost 1 or 2 pounds at a time.

If you are going really low carbs for ketosis, might wanna up the fats some (poly and mono) to train your body to use fat for energy, since carbs aren't an option. Also, I would go 1 day in a week in which you eat a normal amount of carbs, to ... well, it was explained scientifically somewhere. xD Starving yourself of carbs can apparently screw up your metabolism, without proper management, like the regular carb day. Something to do with fat burning hormones, I think.

Don't compare yourself to others! We all lose weight in different ways, and 1-2 pounds is great progress.
