Great job! Medifast is a strict plan but it does get results.

Thank you! It is strict! Im doing the 4-2-2 plan and I love it. I try to keep calorie intake to 1200-1300 and Im losing 1-2 lbs a week. As long as I keep the carbs low and fat low on reg food Im eating.
