Wow, terrible weekend. Ate everything in site and even dug for some things that weren't out in the open. Back on track again.
195.8 lb Lost so far: 0.2 lb.    Still to go: 30.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Well, I know FS counts exercise calories on the high side, but I just need a ball park figure to give me an idea of how I'm doing. I'm guessing though that since the Garmin knows my weight and heart rate during exercise, it's going to be a lot more accurate. It also tends to read about a third lower for calories than FS estimator does. It's probably better to have realistic numbers than to think that I'm burning a zillion calories and then get it in my head that it's okay to eat more.

Just move and know that's better than not moving, I kind of ignore the calories for exercise on here.
