This week got harder as it went. I worked out really hard the first part and then life just took over. I did get my 5 workouts in maybe just not as intence as they should be. Anyway we had my son's 4th birthday this weekend so I had a small piece of cake No ice cream though. THat is my down fall. And to top everything else off I started my cycle. So I expect more weight lost this next week.
214.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 49.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hey, everyone has setbacks, but as long as you get right back into the diet, you'll be okay. Your doing great!

Maskew is right, we all have setbacks, but you are doing so great! Keep your chin up and get back on track and you will be just great! The cycle sucks and I know exactly what you mean....I just got over mine and I did gain back and it makes me angry, but I know as long as I get back on track I will loose it again! Best of luck!
