Pretty sure first 2 weeks have been water weight loss.
210.8 lb Lost so far: 33.2 lb.    Still to go: 25.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Great job! Keep it up...If you are 210 lbs now and want to lose 25 more, that will put you at 185 - that's pretty light for a guy who is 6ft 4in. I'm 2 inches shorter than you and would be thrilled to get to the 225 you are now Dad
