During water aerobics last night I found myself sweating in the pool. It just seems so wrong!

Yeah! Glad, despite my crazy pity party weekend, I still was able to lose weight. I give the credit to water aerobics last night and our 10 laps we had to do! (Don't get me wrong...I love it!)

I do not know if the 5 hour drinks are bad for you. People say different things. Since I am watching calories, I'd wonder about the sugar if they are low calorie. You are doing great and wow, over 6 lbs lost. You go girl. I gained 5 on vacation and now will get them back off. Stay real!
