Good for me, I am back down below my goal weight. I have been riding my exercise bicycle every day and I think it helps.
169.0 lb Lost so far: 32.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1284 kcal Fat: 67.36g | Prot: 112.40g | Carb: 60.15g.   Breakfast: Atkins Day Break Creamy Chocolate Shake, morning Coffee. Lunch: Ground Beef (80% Lean / 20% Fat), Joseph's Mini Flax, Oat Bran & Whole Wheat Pita Bread. Dinner: Hawaiian chicken, Cooked Green Peas (Canned), Great Value 4% Cottage Cheese. Snacks/Other: Jell-O Sugar Free Cherry, Tom's Pork Skins, Sargento Colby-Jack Cubes Cheese Snacks. more...
