Oh man! I didn't measure & I guess pork rinds do add up. Oh well, I'm determined to make today better. Sometimes it takes a gain to bring me back to earth. It's a good thing. It was starting to feel like it was just falling off on it's own. :-\

lol i could say this about so many foods i just didn't think about.. that bowl of cereal that i filled and ate? 700 CALORIES??? lol see what i mean? And it wasn't even vile unhealthy cereal. It is in everything. I can well understand wanting salt, fat and smoke flavor. I got that now by making a crudite dip out of low fat cream cheese, and a smoky BBQ flavor fajita flavoring mix.. it makes the dipped lean veggies mimic foods i cannot and should not eat - like pork rinds. xxxx

It's the sodium. Rinds are high in salt.
