Hold on wait a minute!!! You mean to tell me that if you eat healthy foods and exercise, you can lose weight? Man, they need to bottle this secret! LoL, I'm being sarcastic, but sometimes I feel like of course it's that easy, the hard part is sticking to it and being consistant (which is where I've always struggled), but I'm loving this website and the "buddies" that have already been very encouraging. Thanks!
297.4 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 122.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Bahahaha...I remember coming to that exact realization myself when I got started. Who knew it was just a matter of applying myself? You are right, the hard part is the consistency, especially when it gets boring, which it will from time to time. Keep your expectations in check & just be happy with forward progress, however big or small it is! Welcome to the 200s!

LOL if we only knew.....we would all be skinny.......but seriously I do know that I could never be where I am if I had done this on my own. I put it down to my FS buddies and tracking everything I eat. At times I think I haven't lost much then I check out my Challenges and realize I am doing so well when I look at how much I have lost, then compare with the other people.......not so bad at all, not everyone is doing better than me, which is how I have always thought.....then check on here and realize that is not the case.......Glad you are with us....HUGS
