I am back!! Man, it's going to be a rough week. I am getting sick. Piper is sick. Kaitlin is sick...everyone is sick and it sucks. I am running on very little sleep because Piper keeps waking up in the middle of the night crying because she is all congested. Topping it off with not feeling well myself and it's worse. I am not going to let it deter me though. I am going to start working out again today despite being sick. At least it will help me approach the day with some positivity. It's not that I am in a negative mood...more of just running on autopilot at the moment.

There is a lot of things that have happened along with a lot of realizations and setting things straight with the ex/roommate and it's not fun to deal with. I say it's not fun mainly because he doesn't think in adult terms is the best way that I can put it. What I mean is that, instead of arguing fairly, he wants to do a tit-for-tat kind of thing even if he ends up in a worse light. It's unbelievable frustrating and he really needs to seek some professional help. I don't wish anything bad on him...I really don't. I wish he would get the help he needs so he can have a successful relationship later on down the road. I just wish he would stop shit talking me and get over it.

I didn't mean to delve too much into my personal life because that is just it...it's my personal life. I just needed that brief moment to vent I suppose lol! Anyhow, off to start my day. @_@

Daily Summary
*Focus T25: Stretch wasn't too bad. I swear, the week I had off did not help me any lol! I am nervous about the Cardio tomorrow but I have to get back on this again. While I have been losing despite not working out...I actually enjoy doing it so I need to get back into it. I was a bit shaking in doing some of the moves but I pushed through and am happier for it.

Plank: 20 sec plank. Really shaky but I managed to hold out for the whole duration. I am kind of surprised at how I feel like I lost strength even though I was only out of it for a week. :(

Kettlebell: This workout makes me sweat! But I love it. I don't know why I enjoy kettlebells so much but I will run with it lol. I have a lot of fun with this even though the first two moves are a little difficult for me, not in terms of the actual workout but because the move involved me passing the kettlebell from one had to the other both in front of me and behind...and then the other is to pass it between your legs. It's hard not to accidentally drop the kettlebell which has happened several times lol.
