Oh boy! My first big weight gain..:( In-laws up from FL and was invited to many different gatherings this week. I tried my best, but ate some of my sister-in-law's homemade cookies (my weakness) and did a little drinking. The biggest problem was that there were several gatherings in one week. I think the weight would have at least stayed the same had there been just one big gathering. Well we are home until vacation the last week in August. Time to get back in the routine!
170.6 lb Lost so far: 22.4 lb.    Still to go: 25.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 10 July 2011:
1311 kcal Fat: 77.33g | Prot: 112.82g | Carb: 45.85g.   Breakfast: cheddar cheese, carb style wheat bread, eggs, butter, coffee, milk. Lunch: joseph's flax oat bran and whole wheat pita bread, krakus polish ham, cheddar cheese, fresh express green leaf, ranch dressing. Dinner: italian dressing and marinade, Cooked Asparagus (from Fresh), Chicken Breast. Snacks/Other: blueberries, orbit sweet mint gum, fiber gummies, Blue Diamond natural oven roasted almonds. more...
