Can't believe the scale this morning. My eveing choices wasn't the greatest. Didn't get to the gym, my daughter's portfolio is almost done, for her interview tomorrow. She has another info night for high school tonight, last one. But I do have soccer tonight, get to run around at least.
193.0 lb Lost so far: 7.4 lb.    Still to go: 53.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You strike me as one of those shin busters. Good job on the weight. Trying to understand how our bodies work is like a guy thing to understand... oh never mind.
