Last few months I haven't been eating the best. I normally weigh in the morning of the last day of the month but I forgot and didn't weigh in until the evening. But that being said its not an excuse, I know I need to get my diet in check. I know the change is partly due to I started dating someone. I'm not blaming him, only we tend to eat out at restaurants all the time. Not always healthy ones. Also another difference is my daughters concussion has got me working from home. Find when I'm home I munch (lots of munching). I work with my parents and since I'm not actually going into the office, I'm not truly working. And I'm starting up another company with my boyfriend. Here leads my stress eating. Mornings are great by mid afternoon my willpower shuts down. I'm in between soccer seasons, so not a lot of working out. Mid May soccer starts up. I coach Monday, Tuesday and Friday. I play Wednesday and Thursday. 5 days a week added to my 2 jobs makes a busy summer. So I need to focus on my diet, I need to make a better routine regarding my food. Thinking within these next 2 weeks I need to focus on making a better habit, once soccer starts - I'll be too busy to think.
