Finally on track with my workouts but still need to fix my sleep. My sleep will get better once my friend's school starts back up. We end up staying up late playing video games together (online). He needs to fix his own sleep schedule as well. So needless to say, I actually woke up at 630 am thanks to Piper...but then we both fell back asleep and I didn't get up until 1130. Oh well. At least I got a restful sleep.

So my plan for today, other than doing my normal workout is to do kettlebells for my evening workout. I am pretty excited about it. I remember when I first went through kettlebells...they are a lot of fun yet remaining challenging. So...while T25 will hopefully help me blast away body fat, kettlebells will help with the toning aspect. That was my thought processes anyway lol! Anyhow, gotta run now. Too much to do and not enough time.

Daily Summary
*Focus T25: I did the Stretch again today because that is the workout that I am supposed to do on Sunday and I figured it would be great get the Focus T25 back on the days it should be. Laziness is no longer an excuse. It was honestly a great prep for the kettlebell as well.

Plank: The 20 second plank is getting easier to do. I am glad that it is honestly. Building up my core strength is very important so I really want to complete this challenge.

Kettlebells: Whew boy! That website I found with the kettlebell workout I am currently doing was well worth it (and free)! It introduced me to a couple new moves, like the kettlebell halo which holy moly! It worked my chest and sides hard!! I loved it though. It was well worth it. Proud that I did it!
