Well there it is. My final weight for 2014. I got down to 175 and my brain decided we were starving to death. No brain, we are fine. Relax.
182.8 lb Lost so far: 31.2 lb.    Still to go: 42.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.6 lb a week

In 2014 I lost 4.2 lbs. wow. I'm so amazingly underwhelming. I think I'm going to shoot for the stars and try to lose 5 lbs this year.

Yes, I agree with Draglist. A loss is a loss. Our bodies are marvelous biologic works of art. The body will try hard to keep the fat stores high so you won't starve to death, especially if you have done extreme dieting in the past. You might have gotten more muscle mass out of the deal and lost inches instead of weight.

Instantcrazy, try eating more beans, whole grains, and vegetables, nourish your body and it won't feel like it's starving. Pay attention to complementary proteins. I'm betting your diet calendar isn't complete as some days have less than 100 calories. I skipped through some days on your calendar, my body would be starving too. I know are busy, make some stews, soups, casseroles on a day you have a bit if time at home, make enough for lunches during the week. Convenience gas stations that have microwaves usually dont' care if you heat something up, especially if you are on a restricted diet.

Whatever works for you. I jump on the scale most mornings. Weigh in once a week with an average for the week as mine fluctuates daily.

You're not underwhelming! You're assume. I know I speak for a few when I say your posts rock and add levity to the process for all of us. Go easy on yourself. It's hard to make good food choices with your two-job lifestyle. And on the road so much!

Lol no I eat a lot more than 100 calories a day. Lately I've been too ashamed to log what I've been eating, and busy, but mostly ashamed. Lots of sugar. Evil stuff. I'd make a cartoon for kids where sugar is the evil villain, but the real sugar industry villains would probably come break my computer. Auto cor-wrecked that's HILARIOUS I've never heard that one before but it's so true! Thanks for the support guys. I do need to get on the ball if I'm going to lose 5 lbs this year. The past 2 months have been just extremely crazy. Yesterday was the first chance I really had to sit and do nothing, so after I checked in here, I watched videos of ear wax on YouTube. Yep. I did. Because I am weird. I'm ok with that.

You make me laugh!! You should draw that cartoon!! Hang it in your kitchen!! Make a fruit salad, stick a cooler in your car, with some good for you snacks, some silverware and you have food that is healthy instead of fast food or Denny's nachos. :)):))
