Three days of indulgence... I'm pretty sure I ate every thing I wanted. saving one last little Binge for sometime between now and New Years for Lunch Date with Co Workers which I plan to totally enjoy myself, before getting back to the business at hand.
237.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
