no update today or tomorrow. traveling back to Philadelphia to attend the memorial for a colleague. It's a chance to eat healthy, but so far I haven't made great choices.
146.2 lb Lost so far: 0.8 lb.    Still to go: 6.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
