Haven't marked it here for a while, but following my program to the letter. Low fat, no carb, and high lean protein and vegetables. Lots of vitamins to take too, but it's been working. Clothes are looser and i barely recognize my own face in the mirror. Still more to do, but nice to have a great jump start!
