1435 kcal Fat: 33.06g | Prot: 51.11g | Carb: 202.35g.   Breakfast: Smuckers Strawberry Jam, Original English Muffins, Land O Lakes Low Fat Half N Half, sugar, coffee. Lunch: saltine crackers, Campbell's Chunky Old Fashioned Vegetable Beef, Golden Sponge Cake with Ceamy Flling. Dinner: Blue Bunny Ice Cream Sandwich, Home Style Pork Gravy, success rice, Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup, crystal light ice tea mixed, Broccoli, Stewed Pork Chop (Lean Only Eaten). Snacks/Other: Austin Cheese Crackers with Peanut Butter, Pina colada. more...
