I've been hovering around 165 - 170 for a few months, no matter what I eat. Looks like my set point has adjusted itself. Lower than my goal (175) and higher than my lowest (160), but it appears to be what my body likes when eating beau coup veggies, no grans/processed foods, and moderate protein. If I up my exercise, I may have to adjust something, but for now, things are in homeostasis.
167.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I just read your bio, congratulations on all you've accomplished. It's fantastic that you've found a way of eating that doesn't require you to count all the calories and still lets you maintain your weight and be healthy. I hope to do the same thing once I've lost my weight.
