Alright, I'm back on the wagon, and am going in the right direction! I tried tofu for the first time last night, and it was actually good. I made a great veggie and tofu "stir-fry" (just used water instead of oil with lots of basil, oregano, and red pepper flakes) and served over 3/4 cup of brown rice. It was actually really good, and I have leftovers for lunch!
206.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 46.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I tried the tofu stirfry last week and it was not horrible! You should look for the tofu that is Chinese spice flavored. I found it with the other tofu and it has a nice little kick to it without adding any other flavors. Look forward, I think that you will be happy with it! Good luck! Thomas B
