Did a 24 hour fast yesterday….. but had surgery….after surgery was totally dehydrated….even drinking 40 oz of water after lunch….just never got caught up….todays a new day…back on track…
287.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 47.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
