I'm upset with myself for this gain. But not gonna let it pull me down...I've said before that I'm an emotional eater, my boyfriend of a year and a half ended our relationship and I unraveled a bit. That is before I realized I'm better off, it took me about a week to figure that out though.

Went to the mountains, a working vacation. It was beautiful in the NC mountains...took sooo many pics, still going through them. Even went on a short hike alone to clear my head...was so worth it!

Loving life!! God Bless

Don't beat yourself up over the gain, given the emotional impact of an ended relationship you really did well IMO. Healing takes time but it sounds like you're on the right path for it.

Good Job of not letting life throw you into a tail spin. Being another emotional eater I know how hard it is to get back once life screws you over so this shows you are on the right path and have the right mindset to meet your goals
