Wow I lost 300 grams! A nice surprise!

The changes are a warmer house and chia seeds! It was interesting yesterday, the chia seeds made me so full I struggled to eat dinner and then I struggled to eat supper too! Such a surprise as I am always constantly hungry. I am eating a few spoonfuls of chia "tapioca" before each meal to see if it keeps me full and less hungry.

It is great having heat! I am loving it. Thank you all for your prayers and support!

202.4 lb Lost so far: 19.2 lb.    Still to go: 59.1 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Thanks Stef! It was a nice surprise - although I had been saying to hubby yesterday that I felt I had lost some weight.
