finally down 1 lb since last tuesday , this is my first stall since starting in may. Hopefully ill start losing 2-4 a week again.
I still cant copy anything in my cookbook, must be a site issue. Hope they fix it fast there are alot of good recipes id like to have.



Update: I can now post recipes to my cookbook. Thanks Tech team.
286.0 lb Lost so far: 44.0 lb.    Still to go: 111.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
