I'm 34 years old and have always been a big girl but my boyfriend recently told me he's worried about my health and with his encouragement I've started Weight Watchers and joined a gym.

Arnold Sandwich Thins are great and only 1 point. I also buy the Oscar Meyer deli style shaved oven roasted turkey breast - 6 slices are only a point - add a little mustard,lettuce and maybe some reduced fat cheese (2 pts), and Quakes mini rice cakes (2pts) and it's a 4-6 pt. lunch.

Just Joined the Fatsecret today. Looking for weightloss friends
I'm 34 and just joined too and have a ton of weight to lose - I could really use the support. I'm jumping right in with the 10% challenge
That will mean 23.5 pounds off of my 235 pound tush! I look forward to getting to know you all and cheering you on!
