i have been counting every calorie and working out harder and more than i was. hopefully the number will start going down. I'm very angry with myself that my pants are not fitting like they were. i know better and i know i can do this!!!!
219.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 29.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
