weird, I'm getting smaller but I can't shake this 280lbs. I keep bouncing from 275 and 280! grrrrrrr....either my cals are too low and not eating enough cals. Because I'm consistant with my cardio and weight training.
280.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 80.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You can get leaner and stay the same weight for a while. Google "why the scale lies" for some insight in to water weight fluctuations. But muscle is more dense than fat. So you may gain muscle but get smaller and leaner because muscle takes up less room. Exercise can cause muscles to retain water especially weight training. You might play around with calories. Cherries or cherry juice helps with muscle edema.

Highfive to you Suzi, I will definitely take your advice. Man is our body and the scale tricky. I love how I'm looking, already getting compliments from friends and family, definitely a motivation to stay the course...you do the same Suzi ;-)
