Third week over.
I felt a bit weak, and dehydrated. I also had a feverless flu. All things considered I am still positive and have confidence in the success. More important I think this way of dieting is sustainable.
My weightloss pace is a bit faster than I calculated before, it is just over 2Kgs/week instead of 1 Kg/5 days. This of course does not bother me at all.
218.0 lb Lost so far: 20.1 lb.    Still to go: 52.7 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
