I wish I was seeing a loss, but I'll take breaking even over a gain.
226.6 lb Lost so far: 16.4 lb.    Still to go: 46.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

i understand that frustration.. but please keep in mind, you are in this for the long haul.. keep on keeping on the road that you are on. in the long run, you will feel better, and the pounds will start coming off...keep eating healthier..
