We were at an all day bbq yesterday. Too many carb laden foods, settled for meats, turnip greens, and zucchini salad. Sweated like a hog, carrying chairs and playing horseshoes. Drank all my water, but didn't get enough net carbs or calories. Glad I lost more, but will eat better since I"m home today.
