I did well on my diet and exercise this weekend. Fortunately i remembered that the hospital has a 'wellness center' and it's open all weekend. This allows me to walk in relative comfort no matter the outside temp (they're predicting 100+ for next weekend). Now i just need to be disciplined about getting up early to walk in the cool of the morning during the week.

While I'm still surprised that this was actual weight gain, I'm relieved that I'm back on track.

PS I do have some pitting edema this morning, maybe 1+.
149.6 lb Lost so far: 27.4 lb.    Still to go: 9.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
