I've done reasonably well on my diet this week, and really well on exercising. In fact, i'm really impressed with my walking/jogging.
When i first started out it took me 35 minutes to walk a mile. I couldn't jog at all. When i worked up to jogging in spurts, i could push myself to do 40 paces a couple of times during the mile. Now i can do 180 paces 4 times in a mile. That's not much to some people, but to me that AmAzInG!!! And my hips havent been hurting this time either - bonus!
On a side note, my boss handed me some money Thursday before leaving and told me to stick it my pocket. Later, when I got off work, i counted and it was $190!!! That's not as much as it would have been, but its a whole lot more than i thought i was gonna get. I'm really appreciative.
