A drop is a drop and I know it's water weight but 5.7 lbs in 6 days is a win. Today I still have the plan and I will follow it (drink lots, don't eat stupid). Had also planned to go see the grandboy but car is in the shop (no massage last night, last minute grr) so I'll have to reschedule. Get the little granddaughter Thursday for her first overnight, assuming her mommy can do it and not show up in the middle of the night (she's 5 months old - the baby not the mommy). Friday and the weekend are going to be recuperation lol.

But today is the only day we have and the only thing we can control is what we do and how we react. SO. Just for today, I will do the things that are good for me whether I want to or not. I will focus on the food and fluids, I will find 10 minutes to walk outside even though it's hot. I will show up with my work peeps and be the best educator I can even if I don't feel like it. I will do the best I can to be the friend and mom my people need. I know it's only Tuesday but it's the best Tuesday I got. Let's go get it people.
222.4 lb Lost so far: 9.6 lb.    Still to go: 77.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
