Reboot, day 1. Doing what I can for food until I shop later today. 2 day drive back from a 30+ day stay at my Dad's and last year was a cluster, so...yeah. Reboot.
228.1 lb Lost so far: 3.9 lb.    Still to go: 83.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
