I kept calories and carbs low today and I have a lot of energy.

I need to drink more water though, for sure. I do feel a bit of anxiety. It could be because of water or it could be because I am still adjusting to lower carbs.
213.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 48.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
