I have been testing limits as far as carb limits go. Wieght gain hit at 35+ carbs. Now whether that is water or what,this does give me a ceiling. I have also grown bored with the induction stage meat and green vegies so I am shaking it up a bit by adding foods from the final tier of foods. I believe this process is invaluable as far as teaching me how I can customize and make this low carb eating life style mine. The interesting thing is even though the wieght seems to be stalled my clothes continue to fit looser. A pair of skinny jeans I bought when I started that absolutely was too small, I can now pull up and snap with relative ease, although I still have a muffin thing going on so I wont be wearing them just yet..lol. For exercise I continue doing callanetics 10 in 10, though some weeks only once a week due to back flare ups.I also have been walking when possible and working in the garden some. I am actually very pleased at this point. Scales can be our worst enemies but clothes never lie. You are either fitting in them today or not. :D now where did I put my belt.
