No real results in 2nd phase. I am wondering what I am doing worng or if I have just plateaued. I know I lost a lot of weight quickly in the first phase.

As long as you are following the diet plan you are not doing anything wrong....sometimes it just happens, maybe combine a day here and there of Phase I so that you are mixing things up...I don't know, hard to say, I lost weight in Phase II, but not a lot...give it time...it will happen!

When I was in Phase II I averaged about a pound/week. It was discouraging after the rapid loss in Phase I. Just remember you've increased your calories! It's actually better to have the weight come off slow, then it's more likely to stay off. I'm getting ready to go back to Phase I to lose the last 10 since I've plateaued as well. Good luck and stick with it!!!

I know that after the initial loss, it tends to slow a bit. Don't get discouraged, just keep going and it'll keep coming off!
