Released by Dr. yesterday to return to my strength training routine! (And to ride my Harley!!)

OH MY GOSH!! I just realized that with this weigh-in I'm out of the obese category on the BMI chart!!!!! (I know that thing is a little bunk, but the whole idea of it is scary.)
163.0 lb Lost so far: 65.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
