drinking tumeric and cinnamon in the morning makes me hungry
147.7 lb Lost so far: 23.1 lb.    Still to go: 8.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Nice weight loss! :) I haven't heard of drinking turmeric and cinnamon. I have heard of adding it to your foods. If drinking it makes you hungry, maybe you could drink it after a meal to help fill you up. Just a thought.

Thanks friends!! I have it in the morning on an empty stomach to rav up my metabolism - it also has plenty health benefits so it is most effective to take it on an empty stomach :)
