Activity: 35 min (15 on elliptical at 11:15pm to make sure I hit my 2000 calories burned mark)
Made Chex Muddy Buddies and snacked on them instead of figuring how the nutritional information and measuring out one serving.
157.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
