The pizza and burgers for dinner are really killing your diet. I only looked at a couple of higher calorie days in your food log. You should eat more for breakfast and lunch so you are not starving until dinner. That should be a light meal. Good luck :-)

I agree :) I will be more careful ;) plus I never exercise for 4 days so I expected this
