I'm loving getting in my 10,m000 steps in the early mornings. Exercise good, now to get my diet in order. One day at a time... Be well, everyone.
170.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
