Well...I am not sure if my weigh in number is a fluke or not but I'll take it. I weighed myself right after the first morning pee like I always do so...yeah...hoping it isn't a fluke lol! :)
This week, I am planning on starting the P90X3, Classic schedule so hopefully I will continue to lose. Working out again will also help get my mind back to doing my best to be healthy and positive and all that fun stuff. I altered my little list for my challenges since some ended and others began. It will be easier to keep track of them this way and who knows...some might end up sticking with me lol.

I am hoping that this week, I will be able to stick to a proper schedule as well. It is so tempting to not...to just stray from it but I realize that if I end up doing that, other things suffer so I will have to schedule time to do things like play video games and then limit myself to how much time is spent on that. It's for the best really. :)

Yesterday was pretty good as well. I tried my best to be active even though I didn't workout like I intended. I did some yard work...washed my car and little things like that but it was something instead of just sitting here on the computer. I am going to continue to try to be more active as well, hopefully set a good example for my daughters.

Daily Summary
*Oil Pulling: Nothing new to really update. Pushing through this still and loving it. I am thinking though of going back to the unrefined coconut oil. It almost felt like it whitened my teeth better oddly.

*P90X3: Today was Day 1 for this program...Total Synergistics. For it only being a 33 minute workout, holy crap did it make me sweat! The calorie burn wasn't too bad either. I didn't get in a lot of reps though but that was because it was my first time doing it. Hopefully over time, I will get there. I really need to find a spot to properly set up my band so I can do the pullups/chin ups better.
