I've been off for the last couple of days. I am still not feeling too great and yesterday I ended up with a migraine. I haven't gained but I haven't lost either which I will take since it's that time of the month. I am going to try hard today to pick back up where I left of workout wise and be good with my eating. I have also discovered the joys of going to the Farmer's Market and the fruit/veggie stands since I did that with my mom yesterday. I want to try and do that more often. I also want to look into doing this thing like what a friend does and have locally grown, seasonally fruits and veggies delivered to your door. I just need to look at expenses. Also, I didn't think it would be so hard to try and find a butcher shop or something to buy good quality meat that is all organic, grass-fed and no hormones.
I have decided as well that when Piper, who will be 1 years old on Friday, starts drinking whole milk, that I am either going to try the whole raw milk thing or only buying all organic, etc. for her. Dunno yet.
