Woo! The first of the month and 5 more days till my birthday and 7 for my lovely little girl Piper!! :D
Time has just flown by truthfully and so far, this year has been one hell of a roller coaster. There have been many downs but I am trying to focus on the positives and seeing things in a different light. Here's to hoping the rest of this year proves fruitful! Because I have been working out daily again, my blood pressure is back under control and I haven't had the need to take my medication for it. I do keep my medication around though just in case there is a time I DO need it. I check my blood pressure three times a day with my wrist cuff so that way I know when it is needed.

Today also marks the day that I will be working out twice a day. I am determined to help my sister! *insert determined look* It will be interesting...doing the P90X in the morning and Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred in the evening but it's for my sister. I am trying my best to push her into doing it instead of being all talk. And in case you are wondering, she told me she wanted to start doing the 30 Day Shred. I am just making sure she completes it. :p

*Oil Pulling: I love how I have gotten my whole family into oil pulling with two sisters being the exception. My mom is trying it out because she lost some fillings in her teeth so she is hoping that doing the oil pulling will at least prevent the teeth from getting any worse until she can get them filled again.
