SWEET!!! It's day three and I'm down 6lbs! I realize thats its probably just water weight at thins point but a pound is a pound so I am happy. I feel pretty good today and this was a nice motivation for me to keep going. Yeah Cheri!!
310.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 110.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
