I'm 49, mother of 4 kids ages 15-25. Over the years of being home with them all day, I tended to gain weight and have had trouble getting it off. I have lost weight several times, the last time on LA Weight Loss, but gained it all back. I am trying to do things smarter and just eat less and stick to protein and healthy carbs. I wanted to join this website mostly for support from people who are also struggling.
