Did reasonably well on calories and carbs but could not record due to difficulty getting on from my I-pad.
Am learning to respond to feeling full and have added yoghurt as an afternoon snack. Walking, steps were recorded each day and I am doing well there and am trying to add activity more frequently. I am a little discouraged but still committed.
194.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.7 lb a week

Don't be discourage. You can do it. Stay committed! We are all here because we have decided to become healthier. Do not listen to your negative self talk. Refute it and say out loud "I can do it! I know I can!"

What browser do you use on your iPad? I downloaded the free version of Puffin at Draglist's suggestion, and works well with Fatsecret. I could almost never log in using Safari.
